Job Description:
Office Admin / Secretary (Smart Building Services)
The role of an Office Admin/Secretary is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of an organization. As an Office Admin/Secretary, you will be the backbone of the office, providing administrative support and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the workplace.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of Experience in Kuwait.
• Immediate Joiners Only.
• Coordinating with the Executive manager, Operation manager, site Engineers, and other staff.
• Good communication skills, able to assist in telephone calls, and email draftings. Manages correspondence by answering emails with supplier’s clients Etc.
• Creating invoices, purchase orders Etc.
-Maintaining a proper record of all the invoices, purchase orders etc. Knowledge of Auto Cad (Mandatory) Proficient in MS Office
Qualification:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document creation and management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
