Job Description

PROCAPITA Management Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to join our client’s automotive dealership team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing all personnel-related activities, including recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with Kuwait labor laws and the Public Authority Manpower Law.

The HR Officer will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively managing HR processes and supporting employee engagement and development.


  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for hiring employees.
  • Manage employee benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor laws and Kuwait Manpower Authority public regulations.
  • Manage payroll processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters.

  1. Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in HR roles, such as HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  1. Knowledge of HR Practices:
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices.
  • Understanding of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR software/tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers, and external stakeholders.
