Responsibilities: Helpline Group

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration regulations, processes, and requirements.
• Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate visa applications and supporting documents.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, laws, and regulations.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client eligibility for various visa categories.
• Manage client communication, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with government authorities and relevant agencies to facilitate smooth visa processing.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate and compelling presentations to clients.
• Stay informed about global immigration trends and industry developments.

Requirements: Helpline Group

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, International Relations, Business, etc.).
• Proven experience as an immigration consultant or visa consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and visa categories.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
