Key Responsibilities(Pricing Engineer civil/architectural):

- Bid Analysis: Analyze bid documents, specifications, and project scope to develop competitive and profitable bids while meeting client requirements.
- Value Engineering: Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to suggest value engineering options that optimize costs without compromising project quality.
- Quantity Takeoffs: Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from architectural and engineering drawings to support the estimation process.
