Requirements and Qualifications:
Pediatric Ophthalmologist Specialist:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent)
- Board certification in Ophthalmology, with a specialization in Pediatric Ophthalmology
- Residency and fellowship training in Pediatric Ophthalmology
- Expertise in diagnosing and treating eye conditions in children
- Strong communication skills to interact with young patients and their families
Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Several years of experience in risk management, including leadership roles
- Comprehensive understanding of risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and compliance
- Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills
Director, Biomedical & IT Procurement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) to work with NMC Healthcare
- Extensive experience in procurement, with a focus on biomedical and IT equipment
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Knowledge of medical device regulations and technology procurement processes
Manager, Marketing and Business Development:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
