- General Chief Waitress (Philippines)
Requirements: New Rest & Cafe
- Previous experience in a similar role as a chief waitress or supervisor is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures and standards.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team of waitstaff.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with ease.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Fluency in English is required.
Responsibilities: New Rest & Cafe
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waitstaff team.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant floor.
- Train new waitstaff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Oversee table reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Handle billing and cash handling procedures accurately.
- Assist in developing and implementing service procedures and policies to enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on menu items, daily specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Barista (Female Only, Philippines)

- Previous experience as a barista is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and specialty coffee preparation.
- Familiarity with different types of coffee beans and their characteristics.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers.

- Ability to work well within a team.
- Basic mathematical skills for cash handling.

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee preparations.
