We are seeking an Experienced and Qualified Occupational therapist to join our team.
Requirements: FSHN
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational therapy
- 4+ years of work experience
- Must hold sensory Integration Training certificates
- Multidisciplinary rehabilitation experience
- English fluency required and Arabic required.
Responsibilities: FSHN
- Pediatric Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the developmental, sensory, motor, and cognitive skills of pediatric patients.
- Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Administer occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment, to enhance children’s functional abilities.
- Collaboration with Multi-disciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians, speech therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure coordinated care and interdisciplinary approach.
- Parent/Caregiver Education: Provide guidance and support to parents and caregivers, educating them on therapeutic techniques and strategies to facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure continual improvement.
- Patient Advocacy: Advocate for the needs of pediatric patients, ensuring they receive appropriate resources and support for their developmental challenges.
- Maintain Records and Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
