 Sales Representative for IT Software Solutions

VON Canada 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling IT Software solutions, In-house developed applications. As our Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth.

​Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of IT Software Sales
Be familiar with IT Software Solutions
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of software applications.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
– Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
Requirements:
– Proven track record in Software sales or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of IT Software Solutions.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
– Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Solid understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
– Ability to effectively present and demonstrate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.
VON Canada 
Preferred Qualifications:
– Have a valid Kuwaiti residence and transferable
Prefer with a Kuwaiti Driving Licence
Familiarity with the Kuwait software market and its business requirements.
Previous experience selling enterprise IT software solutions or applications
Knowledge of competitive offerings and market trends related to Software technologies.
