Key Responsibilities
- Support Boat Captain in safe navigation and vessel operations
- Assist with docking, anchoring, and mooring procedures
- Prepare vessels daily ensuring safety and readiness
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of marine assets
- Assist with dive operations including equipment handling
- Ensure safe guest embarkation and disembarkation
- Monitor onboard safety and report risks
- Maintain logs, checklists, and operational records
- Support troubleshooting of engines and equipment
- Deliver excellent guest service onboard
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in marine, boating, or tourism environment
- Basic knowledge of navigation and vessel operations
- Experience as deckhand or boat assistant preferred
- Familiarity with diving operations is an advantage
- Basic mechanical knowledge of boats and engines
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
