Key Responsibilities
- Perform inbound quality control checks including temperature, shelf life, and labeling
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and product segregation
- Monitor warehouse hygiene and storage conditions
- Maintain cold chain compliance across operations
- Handle product rejection and supplier non-conformance reports
- Track supplier performance and corrective action plans
- Conduct outbound quality checks before dispatch
- Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations
- Report KPIs such as wastage, rejection, and deviations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of QC experience in warehouse, FMCG, or food operations
- Must have experience in butchery
