About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Policy Advisory
- Provide guidance to department heads and employees on career development, employment initiatives, employee relations, and performance management.

- Prepare and issue official Job Offer Letters, Employment Contracts, and contract variations.
- Organize and manage structured new employee orientation, onboarding, and integration programs.
- Build external networks with universities and recruitment agencies to pipeline top talent.
Operational HR, Payroll & HRMS Administration
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (AMANAT HRMS) to ensure employee data is accurate and secure.
- Provide backup support for payroll operations to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.
- Manage health insurance schemes: handle card issuance, renewals, replacements, and travel assurance certificates.
- Coordinate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) for employment visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
- Manage leave records, annual leave closing, and issue reminders to prevent leave accumulation.
- Issue official administrative letters including salary certificates, employment verification, and service letters.
Performance, Training & Compliance
- Plan annual and monthly Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with line managers to address skill gaps and monitor training budgets.
- Apply federal retirement provisions in accordance with DGHR Law and Federal General Pension and Social Security Law.
- Lead the Job Evaluation and Analysis process in compliance with governmental standards.
- Prepare end-of-service statements and conduct exit interviews to investigate reasons for departure.
- Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports covering operations, KPIs, and audit requirements.
