1- Warehouse Manager
Role Profile:
Responsible to manage the daily warehouse activities related to receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and supplies and ensure that daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations in compliance with Company policies, Brand guidelines and Standards.
Below are the key responsibilities but are not limited to:
• Manage the Warehouse department in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
• Develop and implement effective and efficient Warehouse operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure that productivity targets, KPIs and SLAs are successfully achieved on a consistent basis.
• Communicate objectives, policies, procedures, safety methods, practices, programs, etc. to the team.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain professional and courteous relations with all our brands.
• Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse operations including control of receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure the supplier invoices are matching with the purchase order prior to offloading the shipment. Audit receiving documents follow the physical and system quantity.
• Secure ERP updated on a daily basis and have live inventory traceability.
• Ensure all types of equipment and cleaning machines are properly maintained, and inspection practices are followed.
• Maintain inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances and inputting data
• Identify Warehouse issues or problems and provide leadership in developing solutions.
• Conduct periodic staff meetings to continually keep workflow movements updated.
• Manage expenses compared to budget and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs – Inventory Management, Damages & Expire Inventory, Productivity, Staff optimization, Order Fulfilment, Quality Management).
• Proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments.
• Ensure team productivity levels remain within acceptable standards.
• Interpret company policies for workers and enforce safety regulations.
• Develop and implement reporting tools and mechanisms that effectively communicate Warehouse KPIs.
• Support and participate in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Program.
• Develop a constructive and cooperative working relationship with employees and customers and promote ROF values and Culture.
Skills
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
• Fluency in English and Arabic language
• Computer competency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Strong follow-up skills and willingness to exercise initiative.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Kuwait Driving License will be an advantage.
Education / Experience:
• Professional certification or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management or a related field is a must.
• Minimum 5+ years of warehouse management experience or proven Warehouse Supervisor experience.
2- Senior Marketing Manager
Job Description
ROF Group is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager who can Lead, direct and oversee the execution of all marketing activities to achieve the department’s overall objectives to link marketing efforts to the financial performance of the company.
Responsible for marketing communications for all brands under ROF Group; aims to increase customer value and market share.
Responsible and accountable for an annual marketing budget, allocate the budget for each project, and monitor expenditures against the approved budget.
Manage the team by coaching, reviewing job contributions, monitoring team attendance, and determining productivity.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and services with quality as per the company standard and brand guidelines.
Identify new target audiences, establish the company’s unique value proposition, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
Gather customer and market insights to form effective strategies, increase customer conversions, drive traffics, and generate more qualified leads.

- Knowledgeable in all aspects of traditional and digital marketing tactics in the F&B Industry.
- Close to market trends and well aware-of effective influencers and opinion leaders.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to multi-task and translate creative ideas into action with a clear ROI.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to write a marketing plan that communicates high-level strategy and actionable tactics.

3- Bussiness Development Executive
Job Description
CAF is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our specialty coffee to local cafes as a B2B sales executive. The primary focus of this role is to increase sales and expand the company’s customer base by establishing strong relationships with potential clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential B2B customers and sales channels, including coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels, and offices.
- Build relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and requirements and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue streams, including negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform and improve sales strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
