Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Control Technician, you will:
- Conduct incoming inspections of purchased materials, components, and assemblies.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections using appropriate measuring tools.
- Record inspection findings accurately in the SAP system.
- Label approved components according to quality procedures.
- Isolate non-conforming materials and initiate supplier non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Maintain traceability of inspected materials and quality records.
- Track incoming quality control (IQC) inspection backlog.
- Support quality engineers by reporting deviations and inspection results.
- Verify engineering drawings, assembly documentation, and specifications.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

- Follow HSE requirements to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience using measuring instruments and inspection tools.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
