Job Description
The selected professionals will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil and interior finishing works at Lodha’s luxury residential and township projects. Candidates should have hands-on experience managing project sites, supervising labor, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining construction quality and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise on-site civil execution and finishing works

Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and update project documentation

Requirements
For Engineers/Managers:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

3 to 15 years of site execution or finishing experience
-
60% minimum in SSC and HSC
For Supervisors:

SSC qualification with at least 45% marks

3 to 15 years’ site experience

Knowledge of finishing activities and labor management
Additional:
