Requirements: Driver
- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license
- Clean driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations
- Excellent knowledge of Kuwait’s roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems
- Demonstrated experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role or in chauffeur services
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled pick-up and drop-off times
- Good physical stamina and ability to sit and drive for extended periods
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Roles and Responsibilities: Driver
- Safely and responsibly transport passengers to their designated locations in a timely manner
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of passengers throughout the journey
- Provide excellent customer service, including assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a pleasant and professional interaction
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle, both inside and outside
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and safety protocols
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of alternative routes to avoid traffic congestion or road closures
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers or coordinators to receive pick-up and drop-off instructions
- Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and expenses
- Continuously update knowledge of local attractions, landmarks, and events to provide helpful recommendations and assistance to passengers
- Remain professional and courteous in all interactions with passengers, colleagues, and members of the public
