Job Description:
Aluminum Company requires external sales representative
The External Sales Representative in aluminum company plays a vital role in promoting and selling aluminum products for an aluminum manufacturing company to external clients. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, providing product information, and achieving sales targets. The External Sales Representative serves as the face of the aluminum company, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Aluminum Company External Sales
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market segment or geographical area.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Generate leads and establish new business relationships through networking, cold calling, and prospecting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customers’ needs, requirements, and budgets to provide suitable aluminum product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and quality of the company’s aluminum products.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:

- Build a strong professional network within the industry to foster partnerships and collaborations.
Requirements:
Aluminum Company External Sales
- Proven experience in external sales, preferably in the aluminum or building materials industry.
- In-depth knowledge of aluminum products, their applications, and the construction industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
