Clinical Application Specialist, Fluoptics – Dubai, UAE
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide pre and post-sales support: product demonstration, training and teaching materials that cater to a different groups of users (e.g. nurses, surgeons and biomedical engineering)
- Provide clinical support to the existing installed base (on-site troubleshooting, training and point of contact for any related clinical enquiries)
- Plan and organize device trials in the hospitals
- Support tender participation and presentation
- Maintain strong collaboration with the commercial team
- Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the respective speciality area
- Manage conference participation and product exhibitions.
- Organize regular customer educational events such as webinars and workshops.
- Attend to support calls or on-site troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and a positive attitude
- Frequent travel required (~50%).
