Responsibilities : (General Affair and Passports)
- General Affairs:
- Overseeing office logistics, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organizing events.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for employees as needed.
- Supporting various departments with administrative support, ensuring seamless workflow and effective communication.
- Passports:
- Managing and overseeing the process of passports and related documentation for employees and visitors.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and providing guidance on passport requirements.
- Liaising with relevant authorities, embassies, and consulates to facilitate passport-related processes.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to passports and visa applications.
Requirements: (General Affair and Passports)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in general affairs, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of local regulations and processes related to passports and visa applications.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
