As a driver for Talabat & Cari, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from various restaurants to customers across Kuwait. Your primary objective will be to ensure prompt and efficient delivery while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Safely and responsibly operate a vehicle (car or motorbike) to deliver food orders to customers.
- Review and understand delivery routes to optimize efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
- Receive and check food orders from the restaurant for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and courteous to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene of the delivery vehicle.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant and the support team regarding order updates or issues.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly to the appropriate channels.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines during the delivery process.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license issued by the relevant authority in Kuwait.
- Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
- Excellent driving record with no traffic violations.
- Familiarity with Kuwait’s roads, routes, and neighborhoods.
- Ability to navigate using GPS or other navigation tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Must own a reliable vehicle (car or motorbike) and have valid insurance.
