We are seeking a skilled and creative Cake Chef to join our team. As a Cake Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts. Your expertise and artistic touch will contribute to creating visually stunning and delectable treats for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a wide variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and customer orders.
- Decorate cakes using various techniques, such as piping, fondant sculpting, and icing, to create visually appealing designs.
- Develop new cake and dessert recipes, taking into consideration flavor profiles and customer preferences.
- Ensure high-quality and consistent presentation of all baked goods.
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring cleanliness and proper sanitation in the kitchen.
