To acquire higher market share by driving the commercial strategy, product selection, and pricing strategy of the category to reach and appeal to Abyat’s target customers.
Responsibilities:
Developing the commercial strategy for the category from sourcing, pricing, and development of products to be in a leading position in the market with clear products unique selling propositions compared to the market.
Responsible for the profitability of the category to reach an optimal net profit in retail standards, by having and managing the assortment, pricing, and margins.
Optimize the productivity of space allocated for sales on category level to reach the optimal sales/sqm by analyzing the performance of the category, market trends, customer’s needs and requirements.
Optimize and monitor category’s sales to optimize productivity of selling area to the optimal level.
Training and development of sales team on products, and latest trends related to the category.
Plan the pricing strategy and gross margin and gross profit growth.
Ensure gross margins are maintained at optimal level to reach efficiency and profitability.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
