Urgent hiring for WFM (Workforce Management) for leading bank in UAE
Experience: Minimum 2 years (Home country exp is ok)
Requirement: Minimum 2+ years of experience either in WFM or with workflow tools like BPM/CRM
- Exposure to Banking domain
- Proficient in MS Office
- Hands on experience with any of the WFM tools (IEX, Verint Impact 360, Genesys WFM, Aspect eWFM)
- Working knowledge Genesys WFM and iWD
- Reporting and Data Analytical experience
Effective collaboration with the team and stakeholder
Salary: AED 5800
