About the Role

As the Institutional Effectiveness Specialist at MBRSG, you will be a key driver of academic and operational excellence. You will prepare the School for academic accreditation, coordinate initiatives with the Ministry of Education, and analyze School-wide data to facilitate continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Academic Accreditation & Compliance

  • Prepare the School to deal with the standards and conditions of academic accreditation programs through communication, training, and awareness activities.
  • Coordinate all aspects of academic accreditations with the Ministry of Education and any other relevant accreditation initiatives.
  • Collate and prepare annual reports, such as the Fact-book, statistics, and data, to meet the requirements of academic accreditation and the Center for Higher Education Data and Statistics (CHEDS).

Data Analysis & Institutional Research

  • Support the Department Director to develop, design, administer, and analyze MBRSG’s wide surveys related to institutional effectiveness.
  • Conduct business analysis by collecting and evaluating data to prepare reports on the performance of business units, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Perform research on key development drivers and risks, providing supporting analysis, benchmarks, and feasibility studies to facilitate the development of academic programs.

Quality Management & Audit Support

  • Support the Department Director to assess and review policies and procedures to ensure they are the latest version.
  • Participate as an integral part of the audit team, exhibiting ownership, awareness, and effective communication.
  • Support the business by documenting and analyzing Non-Conformity Reports (NCR).
  • Work with the internal audit team to analyze causes for NCRs and help other departments implement corrective and preventive actions before audit events.
  • Support quality documentation by verifying policies, objectives, procedures, and manuals necessary to operate processes effectively.
  • Support all Units in self-assessment activities to highlight gaps and barriers facing excellence and quality.

Required Qualifications
