Contact Center Agent

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Promoter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote our products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and a passion for engaging with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with potential customers to promote and demonstrate our products or services.
  • Create a positive and memorable experience for customers by providing product information and answering their questions.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
  • Drive sales by persuading customers to make a purchase or sign up for our offerings.
  • Set up promotional displays, booths, or stations to attract customer attention.
  • Distribute promotional materials, samples, or giveaways to increase brand visibility.
  • Collect customer feedback and report it to the marketing or sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at trade shows, exhibitions, or other events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Promoter or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Contact Center Agents. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries or issues. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions, and resolving billing or payment issues.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, complaints, or feedback and address them in a courteous and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize available resources and tools to research and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
