Job Description
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a waiter/waitress.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

- Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food, beverages, and tea in a visually appealing and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables are properly set.
- Engage with customers to answer questions about teas, make recommendations, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered correctly.
- Handle customer concerns and special requests with tact and efficiency.
- Upsell teas and menu items to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Process payments and issue accurate bills.
