About This Role
In this Technical Supervisor Job in Dubai, you will lead onsite technicians responsible for proactive and reactive maintenance of retail outlets across the UAE.
You will coordinate maintenance schedules, supervise contractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain operational efficiency across HVAC, Fire Life Safety, and MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise onsite technicians and manage daily maintenance operations
- Monitor incidents through the FOCUS platform and ensure closure
- Coordinate maintenance activities across UAE retail stores
- Review contractor scope of work and proposals
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
- Conduct weekly store inspections
- Support store openings and closures
- Ensure compliance with EHS health and safety regulations
- Prepare monthly maintenance reports
- Manage technician schedules and workforce allocation
- Maintain operational documentation
- Ensure 24/7 emergency maintenance readiness
Requirements and Qualifications
- Engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Experience managing service providers
- Knowledge of building maintenance systems
