Responsibilities: Universal Institute

1. Conducting comprehensive and structured classes for the designated professional course (ACCA, CFA, CMA).
2. Developing and delivering lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives of the respective course.
3. Providing guidance and support to students to ensure a clear understanding of complex concepts and theories.
4. Creating a conducive learning environment that encourages active student participation and fosters critical thinking.
5. Assessing students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, and providing constructive feedback.
6. Monitoring students’ performance and identifying areas for improvement, offering additional support as needed.
7. Collaborating with colleagues and administrators to enhance the overall learning experience and maintain consistency in course delivery.

Requirements: Universal Institute

1. In-depth knowledge and expertise in the respective professional course (ACCA, CFA, CMA).
2. Possession of relevant certifications (ACCA, CFA, CMA) is mandatory.
3. Prior teaching experience in the respective professional course is preferred.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in a clear and understandable manner.
7. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
8. Familiarity with the latest trends and updates in the field of the respective professional course.
