Two dead as vehicle carrying foreigners targeted in Karachi: police

At least two persons were killed after a vehicle carrying foreign nationals was targeted in Karachi this morning, Geo News reported early Friday.

SSP Malir Tariq Mastoi confirmed that it was a suicide attack. SSP Korangi said that another vehicle was also damaged in the explosion. 

Police officials said that an explosion took place in the Mansehra Colony in Landhi on Friday. 

Gunfire sounds were also heard, police said.

The injured are being shifted to the nearby hospital, according to police.
