We are looking for a Call Center Representative, based in Kuwait, to act as a liaison between IMAGES and existing/prospective patients. This includes handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing information about various inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling complaints.
Responsibilities – Tire Health Company
As the first key point of contact, you will be responsible for identifying general inquiries, resolving inquiries, fulfilling requests, transferring calls and scheduling meetings. The role requires a high level of customer service and initiative to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and customers are satisfied. Key duties include coordinating with IMAGES teams to manage appointments and contact patients via calls, emails, and messages to send reminders, preparation details, locations, and share documents.
