Job overview:

As a Sales Representative for Tesla Innovation, you will play an important role in driving revenue and growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to promote and sell our products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual who enjoys building relationships and has a passion for sales. This position involves regular interactions with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities and implement a lead generation strategy to gather leads and understand market needs.
Make sales in the UAE re-export market and introduce Tesla Innovation products to new heights explaining their features and benefits.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and sales activity.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.
Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities and events.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships by prospecting, qualifying and closing sales opportunities.
Establish and maintain customer relationships by regularly visiting re-export customers, agents, brokers and retailers in the UAE, and providing customized services and incentives to encourage sales.
The candidate will need to devote maximum time to market, focusing on external sales which includes cold calling new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
Report regularly on sales performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

+4 years of experience as a sales representative, in the consumer electronics/home appliance industry.
Previous direct sales or door to door experience is a must.
The candidate must have a database of UAE re-export markets with a strong focus on Africa, including purchasing agents, brokers and re-exporters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and tailor the selling approach accordingly.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, flexibility and ability to handle rejection.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
Fluency in English.
