Job Responsibilities

Production (Injectables):

• Operate ampoule/vial filling, washing, sealing, autoclave, lyo

• Execute terminal sterilization and ensure batch documentation

• Handle QMS-related documentation

Analytical Development Lab (ADL):

• Develop stability protocols, handle AMV/AMD

• Execute method validations and transfers

• Work with HPLC, GC, UV, and dissolution

Engineering:

• Maintain HVAC-CMS systems

• Oversee plant utility and water systems

• Perform preventive maintenance

Quality Control (QC):

• Conduct RM/PM testing

• Perform stability and release testing

• Operate GC, HPLC, UV Spectrophotometers

Quality Assurance (QA):

• Manage BMR, BPR review, APQR

• Handle qualifications and validation protocols

• Ensure GLP and GMP adherence

Microbiology (QC):
