Responsibilities
- As a key first point of contact, you will be in charge of general queries determination, inquiry resolution, request fulfilment, call transferring, and meeting scheduling.

- Key tasks include coordinating with IMAGES teams for appointment management and patient liaison via calls, emails, and messages to send reminders, preparation details, locations, and document sharing.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have a High School Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field and between 2-4 years of experience in a similar or related field. Being bilingual is a must.
