We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisors to join our team. As a Supervisors, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our educational institution. You will provide leadership and guidance to a team of educators and support staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your strong organizational and interpersonal skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of excellence and driving the success of our institute.
Responsibilities(supervisors):
- Leadership and Management:
- Provide effective leadership to a team of educators and support staff, promoting a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the institute, ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Set clear expectations, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of staff members, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth, teamwork, and open communication.
- Curriculum and Program Management:
