You will support CRM initiatives, drive loyalty program enrollments, and contribute to

- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive CRM and loyalty program (MUSE) sign-ups
- Support in-store marketing events and activations
- Ensure VM guidelines and SOP compliance
- Support click & collect within SLAs
- Stay updated on brand campaigns and social media
