The Structural Inspector Job in Riyadh involves supervising construction activities, ensuring quality compliance, reviewing shop drawings, and monitoring contractor performance in accordance with project specifications and international standards.
π Key Responsibilities
- Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) and respond in a timely manner
- Review shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with local codes, QCS standards, and safety regulations
- Monitor construction quality, health, safety, and environmental standards
- Prepare surveillance reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Maintain daily site activity records and progress documentation
- Coordinate between civil and multidisciplinary construction teams
- Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site structural issues

- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil/structural inspection experience
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and best practices
