Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local routes and addresses, with a strong sense of direction
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple deliveries efficiently
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle packages of varying sizes and weights
- Familiarity with using GPS and navigation apps
Responsibilities:
- Safely and punctually deliver a wide variety of shipments to customers’ addresses
- Provide professional and courteous service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including time, date, and recipient information
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
