Support and adhere to all hospital, departmental, and divisional policies and procedures

Participate in performance management systems, including peer review and productivity/utilization reviews

Assist consultant staff in ensuring continuous and adequate medical coverage within the division

Support the reporting, investigation, and response to untoward clinical incidents

Undertake additional administrative or clinical duties as assigned by consultant staff
Clinical and Technical Responsibilities
Under consultant supervision, the Specialist Physician will:

Diagnose and treat patients according to evidence-based anesthesiology standards

Assist in supervising junior medical staff and share responsibility for the care they deliver

Comply with hospital policies for admissions, consultations, procedures, discharge, outpatient follow-up, and referrals
