The Senior Wet Utility Field Engineer Job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia plays a critical leadership role within the Infrastructure team. This position focuses on hydraulic design, wet utilities coordination, and technical quality assurance for potable water, irrigation, wastewater, stormwater, and firefighting networks.

The role requires strong expertise in hydraulic modeling, authority coordination, and multidisciplinary infrastructure design.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review hydraulic network designs for potable water, irrigation, stormwater, wastewater, and firefighting systems.
  • Develop and review hydraulic models using EPANET, SWMM, or equivalent software.
  • Ensure compliance with Authority Standards and Codes of Practice.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers within the discipline.
  • Coordinate with CAD/BIM technicians to produce technical drawings and models.
  • Prepare and review technical reports and engineering deliverables.
  • Monitor technical quality to ensure high engineering standards.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated design solutions.
  • Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities for design approvals.
  • Provide technical input for proposals and tenders.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in hydraulic infrastructure design.
  • Proven expertise in wet utilities engineering.
  • Experience with Saudi authority regulations.
  • Professional institution membership preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

💡 Technical Skills

  • Advanced hydraulic modeling expertise.
  • Proficiency in EPANET and SWMM.
  • Strong command of Autodesk AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
