This role requires hands-on technical expertise combined with vendor and stakeholder management to ensure compliance with IT service standards, SLAs, and KPIs across logistics and enterprise systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities – IT Support Jobs Saudi Arabia
- Provide end-to-end IT support for logistics users
- Act as escalation point for incidents and service requests
- Participate in 24×7 on-call support rotation
- Manage warehouse IT asset tracking in OneReach
- Troubleshoot enterprise devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
- Support MDM platforms such as Intune and SotiMobile
- Maintain secure access through SSO, MFA, and VPN
- Collaborate with ITSM teams to uphold ITIL processes
- Monitor service performance dashboards using Freshservice
- Escalate recurring technical issues to relevant IT teams
- Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive data
