🚀 Key Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst Application Support Job in Dubai focuses on maintaining enterprise application stability and supporting ERP-driven retail and finance ecosystems.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS, and SAP S4HANA systems
- Manage incident lifecycle ensuring SLA compliance
- Troubleshoot ERP, retail, and finance application issues
- Support supply chain, procurement, and inventory operations
- Manage stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy processes
- Support financial modules including GL, AP, AR, and reporting
- Troubleshoot integrations across APIs, middleware, and message queues
- Monitor system performance and optimize application stability
- Ensure compliance with ITIL governance and security standards
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, business stakeholders, and IT leadership
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise application support experience
- Hands-on expertise in Oracle Retail/EBS and SAP S4HANA
- Strong knowledge of retail supply chain and finance processes
- ERP modules knowledge including Finance, Inventory, MM, and SD
- Experience with APIs, middleware, EDI, and integrations
- SQL troubleshooting and automation scripting skills
