Job Description
Sales or Service Advisors
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales or Service Advisors to join our showroom team in Kuwait. As a Sales or Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and providing valuable insights to our clients. If you have a passion for building relationships, a knack for sales, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with showroom visitors, greet them warmly, and understand their needs and preferences.
- Present our products with in-depth knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and available options.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, offering suitable recommendations based on their requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the advantages of our offerings, and addressing any concerns.
- Manage the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for the customer.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom, arranging products in an attractive manner to enhance the customer’s experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a showroom environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn about new products quickly.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using technology, including basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, as the showroom operates during peak customer hours.
