Trainee (Contractual Role)
Job Description
The position of Attendant is offered on a contractual basis for three years, subject to annual performance reviews and renewal. The selected candidate must report to duty within 15 days of receiving the offer letter and submit a medical fitness certificate issued by a district-level government medical officer.
Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification: 10th Standard (Matriculation) pass.
Skills Required

Ability to read and write in the local language.

Good communication skills.

Familiarity with the local culture and rural environment will be an added advantage.
Salary Package

Consolidated Salary: ₹14,000/- per month
-
Performance Incentive: ₹1,000/- per annum (up to 5 years)

Conveyance Allowance: ₹1,000/- per month

Mobile Allowance: ₹300/- per month
Total Estimated Monthly Earnings: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (including incentives and allowances)
