Cathodic Protection Technician (NACE Level 2)
We are seeking a highly skilled Cathodic Protection Technician with 4-5 years of experience and NACE Level 2 certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining cathodic protection systems for a variety of structures and equipment to prevent corrosion.
Key Responsibilities: Ritz Serve
Install, test, and maintain cathodic protection systems for various structures and equipment, including pipelines, storage tanks, and offshore platforms.
Perform regular inspections of cathodic protection systems to ensure they are functioning properly and making necessary repairs as needed.
Conduct surveys to assess the effectiveness of existing cathodic protection systems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of cathodic protection measures.
Maintain detailed records and documentation of all cathodic protection activities, including test results, inspections, and repairs.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards related to cathodic protection and corrosion prevention.
Qualifications: Ritz Serve
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in cathodic protection and corrosion prevention.
NACE Level 2 certification or equivalent.
Knowledge of cathodic protection design, installation, testing, and maintenance practices.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cathodic protection and corrosion prevention.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as needed.
