Restaurant Supervisor Requirements:

- Duty 12 hr.
- Salary 350KD + Accomodation.

Job Responsibilities: Restaurant Supervisor
- Exceptional Guest Service: You will lead by example, setting the bar high for outstanding guest service. Welcoming and interacting with guests, ensuring their needs are met, and promptly addressing any concerns or special requests will be a key part of your role.
- Team Leadership: As a Supervisor, you will oversee and inspire our dedicated restaurant team. Leading pre-shift meetings, providing training and coaching, and fostering a positive work environment will be essential to ensure the team’s success and satisfaction.
- Operations Management: You will work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and overseeing the quality of food and beverage service.
- Quality Control: Upholding the highest standards of quality and consistency is vital to our restaurant’s reputation. You will conduct regular inspections to ensure that all aspects of service, hygiene, and ambiance meet our exacting standards.
- Sales and Upselling: Driving sales and revenue growth will be a key focus of your role. Encouraging upselling, suggestive selling, and promoting special offers will contribute to the restaurant’s success.
- Problem-Solving: In a fast-paced environment, challenges may arise. Your ability to think on your feet and find solutions to unforeseen circumstances will be crucial to maintaining a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Requirements: Restaurant Supervisor

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on motivating and developing team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
