F&B Outlet Manager Career Opportunity

We are in search of our new Outlet Manager who will be responsible for the overall day to day operations

Ensuring guest satisfaction, maximizing profitability, training, maintaining consistency in hotel quality and

service standards.

The role is open to Female Candidates to manage our exclusive Ladies Lounge during summer period and offseason rotation to hotel dining outlet inclusive banquets operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management or other related courses.

Two years of F&B Outlets work experience in the same role in 5-star hotels.

GCC work locations are added advantage and Arabic speaker is a plus.

Excellent communicator with great attention to detail Multitasker and an avid enthusiast on dining industry demands and trends. .

Responsibilities Overview:

Reports directly to EAM-F&B and F&B Manager.

Perform outlet-level leadership functions from providing seamless service to handling complaints. Develop and set departmental strategies, policies and procedures, training and development.

Maximize outlet performance through synergy to achieve set goals and ensure smooth coordination between other departments.
