As an Administrative Secretary, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting in various administrative projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and time management skills.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials as required.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and email.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both electronic and hard copies.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of events and conferences.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members when needed.
