The QA QC Manager Job in Saudi Arabia serves as the final authority on quality assurance and quality control within the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team overseeing a world-scale petrochemical development.
You will lead the oversight of the EPC contractor’s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring all engineering, procurement, and construction activities comply with international codes, technical specifications, and “Right First Time” standards required for high-hazard industrial facilities.
This role is ideal for senior QA/QC professionals with 15+ years of experience in petrochemical or oil & gas projects, including significant leadership exposure within PMC or EPC environments.

- Quality Governance: Develop and implement the PMC Quality Management Plan aligned with client requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Contractor Surveillance: Review and approve EPC contractor Quality Control Plans (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Audit & Compliance: Lead internal and external audits, manage non-conformances (NCRs), and ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are closed
- Procurement Quality: Oversee global vendor inspections and third-party inspection agencies before site delivery
- Field Inspections: Direct multi-disciplinary inspectors across welding/NDT, coating, civil works, and electrical installations

- Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Metallurgy preferred)
- 15+ years of QA/QC experience in petrochemical or oil & gas industries
- Minimum 8 years in a management role on large-scale PMC/EPC projects

- Additional certifications such as CSWIP/AWS (Welding) or NACE/FROSIO (Coating) are highly advantageous
- Strong expertise in ASME, API, ASTM, and AWS codes and standards
- Experience with modular fabrication and high-alloy metallurgy projects preferred
- Strong leadership skills and contractor management capabilities
- Experience with digital quality management systems and electronic data handover
