- Q8 Karting is the largest multi-level electric karting track in the Middle East. Located in Al Kout Mall on an area of 5,380 square meters, Q8 Karting simulates the experience of professional racing and is designed to be suitable for different age groups. Visitors are guaranteed a unique professional racing experience by providing them with helmets and all necessary safety instructions for a safe and exciting racing experience.
- The Q8 Karting Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding guest service expectations while providing a fun and exciting atmosphere, and will be responsible for assisting guests in various areas such as the M2 floor reception desk, reservation counter and check-in counter; In accordance with Q8 Karting’s high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Welcome guests and respond to them in a friendly, positive manner with a sense of urgency.
- Operate scanners, registers and all POS systems.
- Count the cash in the cash drawer at the start of the shift to ensure comparisons are accurate.
- Perform basic math functions to collect and process payments for all purchased activities.
- Receiving payments by cash, credit card, or vouchers and issuing the receipt, credits, and/or change to the guest.
- Check the personal information on the guest ID, and compare with the waiver system.
- Schedule activity times according to Q8 Karting standards.
- Monitoring, directing and observing guests to ensure their safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Communicate clearly and professionally while interacting enthusiastically with guests and co-workers.
- Act as a team player in meeting guests’ needs, and actively contribute to the efforts of other departments.
- Maintain a clean work area in accordance with Q8 Karting policies and procedures.
- Familiar with facility emergency procedures.
- Perform opening, operating and closing section duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Secondary school certificate or its equivalent.
- Arabic / English proficiency.
- The desire and ability to be kind, upbeat and sociable throughout the working day.
- Work varying days, nights, holidays and weekends.
- Show an eagerness to learn new skills and systems.
- Previous guest service and cash handling experience is highly preferred.
