Job Description

These roles are geared toward enthusiastic educators with a strong grasp of British or UAE curriculum standards and the ability to contribute positively to a global academic culture. Teachers will deliver high-quality instruction in line with the school’s ethos, participate in co-curricular development, and play a role in student well-being and personal development.

  • Primary & FS Homeroom Teachers will lead general classroom instruction, support core subject areas, and ensure progress across all domains of student learning.

  • Arabic & Islamic Teachers will deliver curriculum-specific lessons in accordance with Ministry of Education guidelines.

  • Head of Arabic will oversee the Arabic department, implement best practices, mentor teachers, and liaise with academic leadership.


Job Responsibilities

Primary & FS Homeroom Teachers

  • Deliver British curriculum to assigned grade levels

  • Manage classroom activities, behavior, and learning objectives

  • Assess student progress and prepare reports

  • Maintain parent communication and provide regular feedback

  • Plan engaging lessons using a range of resources

Arabic & Islamic Teachers

  • Teach Arabic or Islamic Studies based on designated level (A/B)

  • Prepare daily lesson plans in line with UAE ministry standards

  • Foster language development and cultural understanding

  • Evaluate and support student performance

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum delivery

Head of Arabic (HoD)

  • Lead the Arabic department and manage team performance
