Job Description

As Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of culinary operations within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banquets, and in-room dining. You’ll lead strategic development, elevate service delivery, collaborate with culinary and service teams, and ensure the financial success of all F&B outlets.

This position is ideal for a senior hospitality professional who thrives on leadership, creativity, and delivering world-class guest experiences in high-end hotel settings.


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership across all food and beverage departments.

  • Collaborate with chefs and outlet managers to engineer menus, service concepts, and marketing plans.

  • Ensure consistency in quality, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

  • Analyze financial data and implement strategies to maximize profitability and control costs.

  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP/ISO) are met or exceeded.

  • Develop and nurture high-performing teams through mentorship, training, and engagement.
